M4C also provides pre and post sale service; we strongly recommend your customers get their hands on a sample door prior to purchasing; all sample door costs are fully refundable upon purchase of the project. Unfortunately, not every project goes off without a hitch, shipping damage, a wrong measurement, an installer drilling a door pull in the wrong location… stuff happens. We make ourselves available via phone for unforeseen jobsite errors, doing our best to eliminate as many headaches for you by getting replacement parts ordered and sent out asap.
